Brad Baskin devotes his practice primarily to workers' compensation defense. He is admitted to practice before all Mississippi courts, United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He is a member of the Hinds County and Mississippi Bar Associations. Brad graduated from The University of Mississippi in 2008, and received his J.D. degree from University of Mississippi School of Law in 2011. Additionally, in conjunction with his law degree from the University of Mississippi, Brad studied international law at England's Cambridge University in 2009, and interned for the Chief Judge for Northern District of Mississippi, Michael P. Mills, in 2010.

Brad resides in Jackson, Mississippi in the Fondren neighborhood with his fiancé Leslie Wells.
