Wes Williams devotes his practice
primarily to defense of personal injury claims in the
areas of automobile torts, premises liability, products
liability, the Mississippi Tort Claims Act, as well as
workers' compensation and bad faith litigation. Wes is
admitted to practice law in Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas,
Tennessee, and the District of Columbia. He is admitted
to practice before all state and federal courts in Mississippi,
the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit,
all state courts in Louisiana, Arkansas and Tennessee,
as well as the United States District Courts for the
Western District of Tennessee and the Western District
of Louisiana.
Wes graduated from Rhodes College
in Memphis, Tennessee, and received his J.D. degree at
Mississippi College School of Law in 1992. He was a member
of the Mississippi College Law Review which selected
his Comment, 1989 Tort 'Reform' in Mississippi: Modification
of Joint & Several Liability and the Adoption of
Comparative Contribution as being the most outstanding
comment for that year.
Wes resides in Ridgeland with his wife Loria, and his daughters Anna Marie and Loria Katherine. |
