TG Bolen, Jr. devotes his practice primarily to workers' compensation litigation. He is admitted to practice before all Mississippi courts, United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. TG is a member of the Mississippi Bar. He participates in seminars on the subject of workers' compensation defense, and is an approved mediator in the Kids Chance Scholarship Mediation Program of the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission.

TG graduated from the A. B. Freeman School of Business, Tulane University and received his J. D. degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1989, having attended Downing College, Cambridge University. Upon graduation he practiced in a small Jackson firm representing corporate and financial creditors in bankruptcy and real estate work.

TG resides in Ridgeland with his wife, Stephanie, and children, Anna Grace, Trey and twins, Claire and Christian.
