Richie Edmonson devotes his practice primarily to workers' compensation defense issues. He is admitted to practice before all Mississippi State Courts, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member The Mississippi Bar and the Madison County Bar Association.
Richie graduated from the University of Mississippi with a degree in banking and finance in 1985 and received his J. D. degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1988. He is currently serving as President of the Madison County Bar Association, as well as Chair of the Workers' Compensation section of the Mississippi Bar. He is a certified mediator through the Kid's Chance Scholarship Program of the Mississippi Worker's Compensation Commission and is a frequent lecturer on workers' compensation issues for various professional organizations such as National Business Institute, Lorman, Inc., Barristers and the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission.
Richie resides in Madison with his wife, Lisa, and daughters, Haden, Allyn, and Anna Ross. |
