Phillip Embry

Phillip P. Embry devotes his practice to workers' compensation defense. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Mississippi, as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and is a member of The Mississippi Bar.

Phillip graduated with a degree in managerial finance from the University of Mississippi in 1998 and received his J. D. degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2001. He has been with the firm since 2001 and became a shareholder effective January 2008.

Phillip resides in Oxford with his wife, Margaret Blake, and their daughter, Caldwell.
