Phillip Embry devotes his practice primarily to workers' compensation. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Mississippi, as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of The Mississippi Bar, American Bar Association and Jackson Young Lawyers.

Phillip graduated from the University of Mississippi and received his J. D. degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2001.

Phillip resides in Oxford with his wife, Margaret Blake, and their daughter, Caldwell.
