John devotes his practice primarily to workers compensation and defense of personal injury claims in the areas of automobile torts, premises liability, products liability, and medical malpractice. John is admitted to practice law in Mississippi and Tennessee. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Mississippi, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, all state courts in Tennessee, as well as the United States District Courts for the Western District of Tennessee.

John graduated from the University of Mississippi in 1997 and received his J.D. degree at the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2001. He was a member of the Mississippi Law Journal, the Moot Court Board, and was an Eastland Scholar.

John resides in Oxford with his wife Kimberly.
