Case Embry devotes his practice primarily to workers' compensation defense and general insurance defense litigation in both Mississippi and Tennessee. He is admitted to practice before all state courts in Mississippi and Tennessee, United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Sixth Circuits. He is also a member of the Tennessee and Mississippi Bar Associations.

Case graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2003 and received his J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2006, graduating magna cum laude.

Case resides in Oxford, Mississippi with his wife, Kate Embry.
