Courtney E. McAlexander devotes her practice to workers' compensation defense. She is admitted to practice before all state courts of Mississippi, and is a member of the Mississippi Bar. She is also admitted to practice before all state courts in Tennessee.

Courtney graduated with a degree in English from the University of Mississippi in 2007. She was inducted into both Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi. She received her J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2010, graduating cum laude.

Courtney resides in Oxford with her husband, Kevin.
