Andy McCullough devotes his practice primarily to pharmaceutical, nursing home and 42 USC § 1983 defense. He is licensed to practice in all state courts in Mississippi as well as the Northern and Southern U.S. District Courts and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of The Mississippi Bar.

Andy graduated from the University of Mississippi and received his J.D. degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2001.
