Amy Topik devotes her practice primarily to workers' compensation. She is admitted to practice in all state court in Mississippi. She is a member of the American Bar Association and The Mississippi Bar. Amy is the education chairperson for the workers' compensation section of the Bar as well as a certified mediator in the workers' compensation mediation program.

Amy graduated from the Mississippi University for Women, cum laude with honors and received her J. D. degree from Mississippi College School of Law in 1998.

Amy resides in Brandon with her husband, Derek, daughter, Mary Lee and son, John David.
