Al Nuzzo devotes his practice primarily
to personal injury defense, bad faith, insurance coverage,
UM/UIM, product liability, premises liability and medical
negligence cases. He is admitted to practice before all
state and federal courts in Mississippi, United States
Court of Appeals for the Fifth, Ninth and D.C. Circuits,
as well as the United States Supreme Court. He is a member
of The Mississippi Bar, the American Bar Association,
the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association, the Defense
Research Institute and the Hinds County Bar Association.
Al graduated, cum laude, from Mississippi
State University and received his J.D. degree from the
University of Mississippi School of Law in 1983. He was
an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Mississippi
for over 5 years, and during this tenure, he was the
Director of the Consumer Protection Division and later
worked in the Civil Litigation Division handling primarily
labor law actions.
Al resides in Jackson with his wife,
Lesa, and daughters Anna Camille, Alyssa Rose, and Gabriella
Maria. |
